We had a good time, eh? Super friendly staff and the breakfast had heaps of tasty options, but the noise from the street was a bit much at night.

I stayed for three nights and enjoyed a good breakfast with varied choices in a charming cellar. The staff were friendly and helpful, even providing a lunch bag when I was going to miss breakfast. The location made it easy to explore everything on foot. As someone fond of history, being close to so many historic sites made my stay special.
The elevator was small and had limited space for luggage. I also noticed the TV only had Polish channels.

I stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room for 3 nights, and it was huge! The bed was super comfy, and I loved the high ceilings and stylish decor. Everything felt fresh and clean. The bathroom was a good size with a large shower. They even sent us cute free doughnuts. The room was perfect for relaxing after exploring Krakow.

lovely stay but noisy nights
I loved the hotel room's beautiful decor with high ceilings and extremely comfy beds that made me feel at home. The staff, especially Kasia, were delightful and went out of their way to assist with a smile. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main square and scenic views that enhanced my stay.
The noise from the street disrupted my sleep on several occasions.

The location was spot on, just a short stroll from the main square, right in the heart of Old Town! Staff at reception were super helpful, and the in-room breakfast had loads of tasty vegan options that I loved!
The pillows were a bit flat, which could be much better for a more restful sleep.

The air conditioning in my room didn’t work effectively, which made for an uncomfortable stay in warmer weather. I noticed some areas in the hotel showed their age with outdated elevators that could use an upgrade, and the design of bathrooms with glass partitions made for awkwardness regarding privacy. In the Deluxe room, I had an unfortunate view of the outside air conditioning systems, which were both noisy and uninviting. the breakfast selection was limited, particularly for dietary restrictions, offering mostly breads and yogurts for vegetarians. I also noted that the cleanliness could have been better. on one occasion, the bathroom bin wasn't emptied, leading to unpleasant odors lingering in the room.

Spacious room and a charming breakfast setting
I enjoyed the spaciousness of my room, which featured high ceilings and beautiful decor that blended modern amenities with the hotel's historical character. The breakfast was served in a charming stone cellar, providing a unique ambiance that enhanced my dining experience. the hotel could improve by offering more variety in the breakfast selection, as I found the options to be limited.
